Both suites are mid-term rentals with a 30-day minimum stay. Most of our guests stay between one and six months.

Everything you need to move in with a suitcase: all utilities, furniture, kitchenware, linens, bath essentials, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The Garden Suite also includes a streaming device with internet (bring your own streaming logins).

Pets are welcome in the Garden Suite with a fee increase, and the fenced backyard makes it an easy place to have one. The Loft Suite is pet-free.

Yes. Parking is ample and easy, with plenty of space right out front and all along the street. A shared washer and dryer is available on site (not inside the units).

Rent is a flat monthly rate with utilities included, so there are no surprise bills. Application, cleaning, and deposit details are listed on each suite's booking page.
